"Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, a Kuwaiti sheikh and member of the royal family, was wrongly convicted in December 2015 convicted of disobeying a gag order by discussing a video involving a purported plot to overthrow the government. He previously apologized on state television, saying he was "misinformed" about the plot. Al-Sabah was sentenced to 6 months in prison. Sl-Sabath appealed, and on January 25, 2016 his conviction was overturned."
