Summary
of Case:
|
Executed after being wrongly convicted of murdering his wife. He protested his innocence to the time of being electrocuted. The sole evidence against him was the uncorroborated testimony of his codefendant, Frances Creighton who had committed similar crimes before. Her motive for wrongly implicating him in her crime was his admission to having an affair with Creighton's 15 year-old daughter. |
