Summary of Case:

"Kathleen Bailey was codefendant of Reginald Dudley, Robert Maynard and Charles Clarke. Dudley was convicted in 1977 of conspiracy related to the 1974 murder of Michael "Micky" Cornwall that Reginald and Maynard were wrongly convicted of committing. Bailey was convicted of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm to Cornwall and given a suspended two year prison sentence. She served no time in prison. The Criminal Case Review Commission referred their case to the Court of Appeals on June 21, 2000. The convictions of the four were quashed by the Court of Appeal on July 17, 2002."
