Wrongly convicted on October 17, 2008 of third degree sexual abuse and endendangering the welfare of a child. Kason O'Neil was a 25-year-old track coach accused of touching a 15-year-old female runner while traveling in his car to a meet in 2006. The jury acquitted O'Neil of 19 felony charges, including multiple counts of rape. The only evidence was the girl's testimony, while O'Neil denied he ever touched her.
