Summary of Case:	"Wrongly convicted in June 1994 of a Los Angeles drive-by shooting that occurred in June 1993. Eric Robinson was sentenced to life in prison. In late 2006 Robinson obtained the LA Police Department records that showed he was excluded as a suspect within days of his arrest. Robinson had type "B" blood and it was known that the shooter had type "O". Based on the non-disclosed evidence proving his innocence, the LA District Attorney's did not oppose the dismissal of the charges against Robinson and his release from prison in early 2007, after 13-1/2 years of wrongful imprisonment."
