Summary of Case:	"Thomas Webb III was wrongly convicted in 1983 of a rape and robbery that occurred in 1982 in Norman, Oklahoma. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison. After 14 years of incarceration he was exonerated by DNA testing unavailable at the time of his trial in 1983. In 2014 the DNA was matched to a man in Mississippi, Gilbert Duane Harris, who had been in Norman in 1984. Harris had been convicted of a crime in Norman very similar to the one that Webb had been wrongly convicted of committing. Harris was charged by the Cleveland County DA with the 1982 rape and robbery. He was extradicted to Cleveland County in October 2014. The charges were dismissed and Harris was released in May 2015 when it was determined the statute of limitations had expired on the 1982 crimes."
