Summary of Case:

Wrongly convicted of a 1988 rape based on the victims identification. After the women ID'd Larry Bostic in a photo line-up, he pled guilty to avoid a life sentence. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison and 5 years probation. He served three years before being paroled. Nine months after his release he was arrested for a parole violation and sentenced to an additional 17 years in prison. Exonerated in 2007 by DNA testing unavailable at the time of his trial. He served a total of 18 years in prison.
