Summary of Case:

Wrongly convicted in 2006 of murdering David Rogers, his 73-year-old landlord in 2003. Raymond Paul Davy was sentenced to life in prison. In 2007 the Queensland Court of Appeal quashed Davy's conviction as a miscarriage of justice on the grounds of insufficient evidence of his guilt. The court found the possibility that Rogers' died from natural causes was not excluded beyond a reasonable doubt.
