The two were wrongly convicted in 2003 of fraudulently registering the "One-Nation" party in Australia. Sentenced to three years in prison on August 20, 2003, the conviction of both co-founder's were quashed on November 6, 2003 and both were immediately released from prison after serving 78 days of their three year sentences." |
