Summary |
"About a lawyer in Baltimore whose client winds up getting five years in prison after being falsely arrested as someone else who has the same name, after being stopped for having a burned out taillight. The Forsyt character is an arrogant judge who thinks he can do anything with impunity and without outside accountability - including raping a woman.
