"Dante Allen was wrongly convicted on December 3, 2005 of with felonious assault, kidnapping, inducing panic and disturbing public service, based on a June 2005, incident on a Cincinnati, Ohio city bus. Allen's co-defendant admitted being involved, but he insisted that Allen had not been on the bus and had nothing to do with it.
