Summary of Case:	"Hassan Abbas and Owen Allerton were codefendants wrongly convicted in March 2014 of supplying articles used to administer or prepare controlled drugs. The charges were related to a police raid in May 2013 of Abbas' shop Fantasia in Leeds, England. After their convictions following a bench trial in the magistrates court, Abbas was sentenced to a $1,230 fine, $800 costs, and a $123 victim surcharge, while Allerton was sentenced to $153 costs and a $23 victim surcharge. Abbas and Allerton appealed. On February 23, 2015 the Leeds Crown Court overturned the convictions of Abbas and Allerton."
