Summary of Case:	"John Anderson was wrongly convicted on August 22, 2014 of indecent exposure inside his home in Derry, New Hampshire when a Direct TV salesperson making random sales calls came into his hom on July 11, 2013 when Anderson was nude. At the time he was charged Anderson was the Boothbay, NH Town Manager, but the town council voted not to renew his contract that was up for renewal on October 25, 2013. After his conviction of a misdemeanor in district court Anderson was sentenced to a six month jail term that was suspended contingent on his good behavior. Anderson appealed. He was retried in Rockingham County Superior Court and acquitted by a jury on January 8, 2015. Before their verdict the jury asked the judge three questions, one of which was if bieng naked in one's home is a crime."
