Thomas Anderson was wrongly convicted of conspiracy to murder. In 2006 Anderson submitted an application to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Anderson's case was referred by the CCRC on 12/20/2007 to the England and Wales Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). On 7/15/2008 the appeals court quashed Thomas Anderson's convictions.
