"Giulio Andreotti was wrongly convicted in 2002 of the 1979 murder of a journalist in Perugia, Italy. Andreotti was 83, and he was sentenced to 24 years in prison. In 2003 Italy's Court of Cassation (Supreme Court) overturned Andreotti's conviction and acquitted him. Andreotti was prime minister of Italy seven times, and he was 94 when he died on May 6, 2013."
