Faye Ashman was wrongly convicted of allowing a dog to be in a public place without a muzzle or lead (x3). In 2005 Ashman submitted an application to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Ashman's case was referred by the CCRC on 7/04/2007 to the England and Wales Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). On 10/18/2007 the appeals court quashed Faye Ashman's convictions.
