"Joshua Baker was wrongly convicted in December 2009 of throwing a glass on February 1, 2009 at a bar in Bowling Green, Missouri that hit a woman in the face. His conviction was based on a grainy surveillance video that while it showed Baker was in the bar, it doesn't show him throwing the glass. No eyewitness saw him throw the glass. Joshua Baker was sentenced to eight years in prison. On September 30, 2010, Ohio's 6th District Court of Appeals overturned Baker's conviction based on the insufficiency of the evidence." |
