Summary of Case:	"Chelsey Barry was wrongly convicted on July 18, 2013 of tampering with evidence in Scioto County, Ohio. Barry was sentenced to three years in prison. On December 30, 2015 the Ohio Supreme Court reversed Barry's evidence tampering conviction on the basis the prosecution introduced insufficient evidence to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt because no evidence was introduced proving that she knew an investigation by authorities was ongoing or would likely be instituted. Barry was also convicted of drug trafficking, and she did not appeal that conviction for which she was sentenced to six years in prison."
