"Daniel Bayly was wrongly convicted along with three co-defendants, all of who worked at Merrill Lynch, of conspiracy and wire fraud in regards to a deal for Enron's sale of three electricity-generating barges off the Nigerian coast in 1999. Those charges were reversed by the federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on August 1, 2006. Daniel Bayly was imprisoned from July 2005 to June 2006 -- 11 months."
