Franklin Beauchamp was one of The Bronx Five: 5 men working at day care centers in the Bronx prosecuted by Mario Merola in 1986. Codefendant of A. Algerin and J. Torres. Beauchamp's conviction of child abuse was overturned by the New York State Supreme Court in May 1989. The FBI secretly recorded 640 hours of video tape at the day care and no abuse took place.

Interview techniques of the children involved that produced false testimony and the implantation of false memories.
