Summary of Case:	"On November 1, 2010 the Rhode Island Supreme Court overturned the conviction of a Massachusetts man, Robinson Berroa, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years of probation for allegedly having cocaine at T.F. Green Airport. The court also ordered Superior Court to enter a judgment of acquittal for 33-year-old Berroa of New Bedford. Berroa has spent 2 1/2 years behind bars since his conviction in May 2008. The court ruled that there was "no direct evidence" to link Berroa to the cocaine that was found in the purses of two women in his car in November 2003. Berroa’s lawyer told The Providence Journal that he was "thrilled" by the ruling."
