Summary of Case:	"Jeffrey Blake was wrongly convicted in 1990 of a double murder in New York City based on the "eyewitness" testimony of Dana Garner. Garner's credibility was undermined when it was proven he had not been in New York City at the time of the murders. Blake's convictions were overturned and he was released in October 1998 after 8 years of wrongful imprisonment. Garner was also the prosecution's key witness against Timothy Crosby, convicted of kidnapping in 1988 and exonerated in 2000."
