Summary of Case:	"Kirk Bleich Jr. was wrongly convicted in 2012 of the armed robbery of a Brooksville, Florida woman's home in June 2010. Bleich was sentenced to 40 years in prison. Bleich's conviction was overturned by Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal on March 15, 2013 on the basis the trial judge prejudicially erred by allowing the prosecution to call a witness for the primary purpose of eliciting his trial testimony Kirk Bleich wasn't involved in the robbery, so they could impeach his testimony with his pre-trial statement Bleich was involved. Blech's retrial began in November 2013, and on December 4, 2013 a jury acquitted him."
