"Revell Boss and his co-defendant, his brother Randy Boss, were wrongly convicted of a 1993 murder in Chicago Illinois. On August 31, 2001 the federal 7th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the convictions of Randy and Revell Boss on the basis the prosecution had failed to disclose to the Boss' trial lawyers the exculpatory statement of a witness who told polce investigators that she heard Robert McAfee bragging about what he and his friends had done to the victim."
