Summary of Case:	"Donald Boudreault was wrongly convicted under Canada's Criminal Code of driving while intoxicated, when after he had called a designated driving service to take him home he fell asleep behind the wheel of his parked car while waiting for the designated driver to arrive. He was acquitted by the trial court, but he was convicted on appeal, and that conviction was overturned by Canada's Supreme Court on October 26, 2012. The Court ruled that he had no intent to drive which is an essential element of the offense, and therefore he hadn't committed a crime."
