"Wrongly convicted on October 4, 2010 of breaking and entering a house in 2008. Kenny Bowden was convicted by the jury solely on the basis of the circumstantial evidence that he was seen near the house. Judge Eric Levinson granted a post-verdict motion to set aside Bowden's conviction on the basis there was insufficient evidence linking Bowden to commission of the crime. Bowden was released on October 7, 2010, after he had been jailed for more than two years awaiting trial."
