Summary of Case:	"Keith John Burnside was wrongly convicted in 2009 of raping a 15-year-old girl in 2000. Burnside, 34, was sentenced to a prison term of 7-1-2 years. In May 2013 the Northern Ireland Court of Appeals quashed Burnside's conviction on the basis he was prejudiced because the jury wasn't cautioned the alleged victim's failure to report the alleged crime until 2006 could be weighed against her credibility. The COA didn't order a retrial and Burnside was immediately relased after four years imprisonment."
