"Clifford Card was wrongly convicted in April 2005 of sexually assaulting a boy. Card was acquitted of assaulting the boy's sister. Relying on evidence that the assault never occurred and the boy -- and girl -- only told the molestation story at the insistence of his mother, in May 2006 the Court of Appeals quashed Card's conviction and did not order a retrial. The prosecution agreed with the court's ruling."
