"Death Row inmate wrongly convicted of murder based on the unreliable testimony of a woman of shady character. The prosecution knew of, but concealed from the defense a witness who could have testified that Harry Cashin wasn't "the right man." On appeal Cashin's conviction was reversed, and the charges were dropped when the woman admitted Cashin had nothing to do with the murder."
