Summary of Case:	"Juan Celestino was wrongly convicted in 1991 of molesting a 2-year-old and he was sentenced to life in prison. In March 1993 his conviction was overturned by an Ohio appeals court and he was released with the prosecutor's motion to dismiss the charges was granted on June 14, 1993. Celestino died in October 1994 at the age of 47. His wife, Eva Celestino, as the administrator of his estate, filed a wrongful imprisonment compensation claim with the Ohio Court of Claims on December 21, 1995. On May 29, 1996 the Court of Claims issued its "Decision and Judgment" that Celestino's innocence was proven by a preponderance of the evidence, and awarding Celestino's estate $57,000."
