Summary of Case:	"Arthur Wing Hung Chang was wrongly convicted of improper photography in Tarrant County, Texas. After his plea of guilty, Chang was sentenced to one year in prison. In 2014 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that the statute under which Gray was convicted was unconstitutional. See, Ex parte Thompson, 442 S.W.3d 325 (Tex. Crim. App. 2014) Gray filed a state habeas corpus petition to vacate his three convictions based on the 2014 ruling in the Thompson case. On March 23, 2016 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted Arthur Chang's habeas corpus petition by a majority of 2 to 1, on the basis the statute he had been convicted of was unconstitutional. The Court ordered that Chang's conviction be set-aside and ordered dismissal of charges."
