"Davon Collins was wrongly convicted of possession of 28 to 199 grams of codeine in Harris County, Texas. Collins was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. Subsequent forensic testing of the substance discovered it wasn't codeine. Collins filed a habeas corpus petition that wasn't opposed by the Harris County DA to withdraw his guilty plea and set-aside his conviction. On June 10, 2015 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted Collins habeas corpus writ and set-aside his conviction."
