Willie Comer was wrongly convicted as one of the men who robbed a café' after being erroneously identified by two eyewitnesses. After four months in prison one of the robbers admitted that Comer wasn't one of the robbers and he named his accomplices. Comer's conviction was set aside and the charged were dismissed when the actual culprit was identified. No compensation was awarded for 4 months of imprisonment.
