Summary of Case:	"William Allen Cooper was wrongly convicted in April 2010 of two separate prosecutions of videotaping women and girls without their knowledge in Red River County, Texas. A video camera found in Cooper's possession had film of fully clothed females walking on public sidewalks from the window of his home and business. The 43-year-old Cooper was sentenced to a two-year term of imprisonment. On November 16, 2010, the 6th District Court of Appeals reversed both convictions for “insufficiency of the evidence” and ordered a judgment of acquittal. The Court ruled it hadn't been proven that Cooper filmed the videos because a number of people had access to the camera."
