Summary of Case:	"Scott Bradley Cormack was wrongly convicted in June 2013 of arson in the December 30, 2010 fire at the St. Vincent DePaul store in Fernvale, Queensland, Australia. Cormack was identified as a suspect because he was the person who called emergency services to report the fire and he stayed at the store until firemen and police arrived. CCTV video showed an unidentified male who wasn't Cormack was in the vicinity of the store prior to the start of the fire. The jury convicted Cormack although there was no direct evidence he committed the crime. On November 15, 2013 the Queensland Court of Appeal overturned Cormack's conviction and acquitted him of arson based on insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he committed the crime."
