Summary of Case:	"Mike Coupe was wrongly convicted in September 2014 of embezzelment in Egypt. Coupe is the chief executive officer of J. Sainsbury. The charges were related to a dispute that began in 2001 between Amr el Nasharty, who owned an Egyptian grocer, called the Egyptian Distribution Group, and Sainsbury's that bought an 80% stake in, in 1999. Coupe did not work for Sainsbury's at the time of the alleged "embezzelment" and so he could have committed his convicted crime. On June 11, 2015 Mike Coupe's conviction in abstentia was reversed by an Egyptian appeals court that acquitted him."
