Summary of Case:	"McKinley Cromedy was wrongly convicted in August 1994 of sexual assault in Middlesex County, New Jersey based on the victim's eyewitness identification. Cromedy was sentenced to 60 years in prison. Cromedy's conviction was vacated and he was released on December 14, 1999 based on post-conviction DNA testing of crime scene evidence that excluded him as the woman's assailant.
