Summary of Case:	"Timothy Crosby was wrongly convicted in 1988 of kidnapping Dana Garner in New York City, based solely on Garner's identification of him as one of his kidnappers. In 1990 Jeffrey Blake was convicted of a double-murder based solely on Garner's "eyewitness" testimony. After eight years in prison it was proven that Garner had not been in NYC at the time of the murders, and Blake's convictions were overturned and he was released from prison. In 2000 Crosby's kidnapping conviction was overturned and he was released after more than 12 years of wrongful imprisonment when Garner admitted he had falsely testified that Crosby kidnapped him."
