Summary of Case:	"Douglas Davis was wrongly convicted on December 6, 2010 of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm related to his unknowing possession of a firearm used in the murder of four police officers at a Parkland, Washington coffee shop on Nov. 29, 2009 by Maurice Clemmons. Davis was sentenced on January 14, 2011 to 7 years 6 months in prison. On September 19, 2013 the Washington Court of Appeals vacated Davis' convictions on the ground the prosecution had failed to introduce sufficient to support his convictions beyond a reasonable doubt. Davis' acquittal by the appeals court barred his retrial. Davis was an innocent man who found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. From the time of his arrest Davis was wrongly incarcerated for almost four years."
