"Henry Arthur Drake was wrongly convicted of murder based on the perjured testimony of the prosecution's star witness. He was sentenced to death. After Drake spent 10 years on death row the actual murderer, the prosecution's star witness, admitted that Drake had nothing to do with the murder and wasn't present at the scene. In 1987 Georgia's pardon board unanimously voted to pardon Henry Drake."
