"Gregory Driver was wrongly convicted in federal court in 2004 of racketerring and conspiracy to distribute drugs. Driver was a member of the Outlaws motorcycle club that has chapters in 21 states, and he and twelve other club members were triedon a variety of drug related charges. On August 1, 2008 the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned his convictions on the basis there was insufficient evidence, thus barring his retrial."
