Summary of Case:	"Mary Druhan was wrongly convicted on June 12, 1989 in Reading, England of the double murder of Richard Leo Duddie (aka Dick Duddie) and Kenneth Robin Challenger (aka Kenny Roberts) who died in a fire on June 27, 1989. Druhan was convicted two two consecutive terms of life in prison. Her appeal was denied on July 24, 1990. On January 28, 1998 the Criminal Case Review Commission referred Druhan's case to the Court of Appeal. On July 16, 1999 the Court of Appeal quashed Druhan's convictions on the basis of new evidence the main prosecution witness was unreliable."
