Summary of Case:	"Bryan C. Dudley was wrongly convicted of three separate indictments of soliciting a minor online in Harris County, Texas. Bryan Dudley was sentenced to 5 years in prison for each indictment. He did not appeal his convictions. In 2013 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that § 33.021(b) unconstitutional in Ex parte Lo, 424 S.W.3d 10 (Tex. Crim. App. 2013). Dudley filed a writ of habeas corpus that his convictions were no longer valid in light of Lo. On February 10, 2016 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted Dudley's writ of habeas corpus and ordered dismissal of his indictments."
