Summary of Case:	"David Dumolo was wrongly convicted in November 2011 of three counts of importing and selling mephedrone. He was sentenced to 300 hours' community service. Dumolo's conviction was based on the seizure of three packages between January 1, 2010 and May 3, 2010 by New Zealand Customs that allegedly contained mephedrone, but the substance wasn't tested. The seized packages were addressed to a residence address that didn't exist. Dumolo appealed. In June 2013 New Zealand's Court of Appeals quashed David Dumolo's convictions on the basis it was never determined the seized substance was mephedrone, and the warrant used to seize the packages with the substance in them was fatally faulty because it listed an address that didn't exist."
