Summary of Case:	"Cornelius Dupree Jr, was co-defendant of Anthony Ray Massingill. Both men were wrongly convicted in 1980 of a November 23, 1979 robbery of a couple in Dallas, Texas and the rape of the woman. The prosecution's key evidence was the courtroom identifications of Dupree and Massingill by both of the victims. Cornelius Dupree Jr and Anthony Ray Massingill were sentenced to 75 years in prison. Dupree and Massingill were excluded by DNA tests in October 2010 of being the perpetrators. Dupree had been released on parole in July 2010. On January 4, 2011 Dupree's conviction was overturned."
