"Edna Evans was codefendant of Dr. Sushma Ojha. Evans was a care home worker found guilty in November 2008 of wilful neglect in the death of Alan Sayers, 52, who had dementia, at the Mountleigh care home in Newbridge, Caerphilly, England, in September 2004. Evans was sentenced to probation. Ojha.was Sayers doctor (general practitioner). Dr Sushma was convicted of making a false representation for a cremation, and she was fined £2,000. Her conviction was quashed on appeal."
