Summary of Case:	"Co-defendant of George Farley. Both men were wrongly convicted in 2001 of a 1997 murder based on the testimony of two men. Both men were sentenced to life in prison. In 2006 the Ontario Court of Appeal overturned the men's convictions and ordered a new trial. On July 18, 2008 they were both acquitted after a retrial. They were immediately freed after 11 years of wrongful imprisonment -- four years awaiting trial, and seven years after their 2001 conviction."
