"Craig Flowers was wrongly convicted on October 3, 2011 of operating an illegal lottery in Nassau, The Bahamas on April 28, 2009 when police raided his business FML Webshop. Police seized $834,629.32 from Flowers business. After his conviction following a bench trial, Flowers was sentenced to two years in prison or payment of a $10,000 fine. Flowers' appealed. On June 24, 2015 The Bahamas Court of Appeals quashed Flower's conviction on the basis the prosecution introduced insufficient evidence to prove his guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and ordered return of all money seized during the search of his business on October 28, 2009."
