Summary of Case:	"Robert Stephen Forrey was wrongly convicted of disorderly conduct for screaming and cursing at two Pennsylvania State Police troopers who stopped him on June 3, 2013 to see why he was stopped on the shoulder of the road. After his conviction following a bench trial of disorderly conduct for making excessive noise, Forrey was sentenced to pay a fine of $200. On January 16, 2015 the Superior Court of Pennsylvania reversed Forrey's disorderly conduct conviction on the basis the prosecution introduced insuffiicent evidence to prove his guilt of all essential elements of disorderly conduct beyond a reasonable doubt, and the court ordered remittance of his $200 fine."
