Summary of Case:	"Lock Foster was one of five co-defendants wrongly convicted of murder in the death of William Clarence Johnson on September 11, 1900 in his home in Wyandot County, Ohio. They were convicted in April 1901 based on the identification of Johnson's widow. George Frick, George Ury, and Foster Lock were released after 13 years imprisonment. Frick was released by the Parole Board and Ury was pardoned by Ohio Governor James Cox, and Lock was pardoned on April 25, 1914. Two other codefendants died in prison."
